Whether you are planning a 50 guest beach wedding in Destin or a 300+ guest 30A beach wedding, your wedding photography needs will be different. I understand each wedding is unique, so I have full-day options and even something if you are here to elope or planning a more intimate gathering. Whether you select me as your photographer for an intimate elopement or a huge 3-day wedding celebration, let’s be honest, we must have a connection. It’s crucial selecting the right photographer, as you are sharing some of the most intimate moments of the biggest day of your life with this person. So before you go any further, let’s chat on the phone or even FaceTime so we can connect. We’ll talk about all things weddings, your excitement, your plans, and all the million things leading up to your big day.

I value your uniqueness and I know each bride and groom doesn’t want to pay for a bunch of things they don’t actually want. When we connect, we’ll talk about your day, the most important parts and how you want that documented. We’ll discuss your future home and how you want to display your photos. We’ll talk about the man cave and how your future hubby wants a shot of his groomsmen on the walls. Do you want a mini album to carry in your purse so you can show all your friends? Do you want to gift your parents with an album? Those are all important decisions and we’ll talk through each one to ensure you are getting everything YOU want!

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is required to book our wedding date?

A signed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer are required to reserve the wedding date. If you are booking a collection less than $1500, the entire amount is due at booking.

Q: Do you edit the images before we get them?

Yes, I do! Every image that you receive has been hand-edited, one at a time, without batching in bulk groups or mass-producing the results.

Q: How long until we receive our products and images?

Online galleries are posted within six weeks of the wedding date. Printed proofs and the digital files are available within nine weeks of the wedding date. Upon final approval of album designs, most albums are ready for delivery within twelve weeks.

Q: How many pictures do we get?

The number of photographs delivered depends on many things – the number of guests, hours of coverage, types of events throughout the day. The average is 75 images per hour of coverage.

Q: Do we get the outtakes too?

The images delivered to you are very loosely edited, taking out only eyes closed, flash-didn’t-fire, person-walked-in-front-of-the-lens true outtakes. If there are a handful of images of you together with your mom laughing we’re going to include everything that isn’t an absolute duplicate. Please know that when “editing” we’re not striving to hit a particular number of images to deliver and throwing out “good” pictures. The images not selected are not archived and therefore not available.

Q: How does the album process work?

You have one year from your wedding date to make your album selections before the book is subject to a fee due to increases in yearly production costs. You do get to preview your album design and make three rounds of changes to it before a change-fee is assessed. Once you approve the layout, I will help you choose your album cover, style, color, imprinting, and other small details. Then you’ll sign off on the book and it will go to print! All of this process can be completed online, simply and easily. Once you choose your images, it takes about four weeks to produce your first draft, and each round of changes generally takes one business week to complete.

Q: What is the payment schedule like?

A booking fee/retainer of $1500 is due to reserve your date. 90 days prior to the wedding, 50% of the balance is due. The remaining balance due is required 30 days prior to the event.

Q: Can you hold the date for me?

I’m sorry, but I can’t hold the date or pencil you in. To be fair to everyone, we can’t “hold” a date without a retainer and a signed contract. We accept bookings on a first-come/first-serve basis.

Q: What if I want to just pick a Collection?

I say No Problem! I have some Collections options for you to choose from that are most often booked. Just let me know and I will be happy to send them over for you to review!

Q: Is sales tax or travel included?

Florida Sales Tax is not included in the Collection price listed. The traveling fees for weddings out of my local area are determined on a customer-to-customer basis.
