While our permanent home, Grace, Beautiful Grace Sanctuary, is in development, each retreat is held at a thoughtfully chosen venue near Nashville, Tennessee. In order to protect the privacy of you and our other women, you’ll receive exact location details after registration. Expect peaceful surroundings, beautiful natural spaces, and cozy accommodations that invite rest.
We intentionally limit each retreat to 20 women to foster depth, intimacy, and soul-level connection. This is not a conference - it’s a sacred container for spiritual transformation.

No. While rooted in biblical truth and the way of Jesus, this retreat is open to all Christian women seeking spiritual renewal. You’ll find no hype here—just Holy Spirit hospitality, soul-level coaching, and a return to grace.
We lovingly ask that all attendees make arrangements for childcare so they can fully immerse in the retreat experience. We understand the tender season of motherhood - especially for nursing mamas - and we hold that with deep compassion.
Because this space is intentionally crafted for rest, reflection, and uninterrupted time with the Lord, we are unable to accommodate children or infants on-site. If you are currently breastfeeding and unable to be away for a full retreat, we invite you to join our email list so you can be the first to know about future retreats and local day gatherings that may better suit your rhythm right now.

We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to shift. Because we reserve a limited number of intimate spaces and plan thoughtfully for each guest, all retreat payments are non-refundable.
However, your registration is fully transferable to another woman if you’re unable to attend.
We simply ask that you notify us at least 14 days before the retreat so we can update guest details and extend her a warm welcome. If you’d like help finding someone to take your place, we’re happy to share your open spot with our interest list on your behalf.
